The following fee schedule is in force
for the DWI Consultants Inc. effective June 1, 2006. No service will be
rendered by the firm prior to payment of appropriate fee. WE ACCEPT VISA AND
MASTERCARD. ALL CREDIT CARD SALES AND APPEARANCE RETAINER FEES ARE FINAL AND
NON-REFUNDABLE. |

Court appearances can not be guaranteed
without prior confirmation and payment received by this office. Certified
checks, attorney checks, bank money orders, personal checks, cash and credit
cards will be accepted.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS
AND/OR THIRD PARTY CHECKS FOR APPEARANCE FEES.
