2012 FEE SCHEDULE
effective since 1-1-12

ALCOTEST & SFST CASE REVIEW $275 Review of Discovery   $325 Expert Opinion Report (after the Review Fee is satisfied. Report turn around is 10 business days once all fees & discovery have been satisfied.   $625 Expedited Report Fee. If a report needs to be expedited, the turn-around time is 2 business days once fees & discovery have been satisfied.	DRUG CASES/DRE - Herb Leckie Only $275 Review of Discovery   $325 Expert Opinion Report (after the Review Fee is satisfied. APPEARANCE FEES Alcohol Cases (NJ Only): $800 $700 First Appearance Subsequent Appearances   Drug/DRE Cases (NJ Only): $1000 $900 First Appearance Subsequent Appearances   All Appearance Fees are non-refundable. The appearance fee will be due within 7 days upon receipt of your invoice. Please contact our office for "out of state" appearance fees as they do differ.	PRIVATE SEMINARS (limited to 4 Attorneys): $800 4-hour block. Call to schedule.   Private seminars are held in the comfort of your own office. Private seminars are a great way to learn at your own pace in matters including: Alcotest SFST's DRE Matters
SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT FEE $200	TRANSCRIPT REVIEW FEE $300 per EACH day of testimoney.
TRIAL CONSULTATION FEE $200 per hour	VIDEOTAPE REVIEW - OUT OF OFFICE $500 Call to schedule.

The following fee schedule is in force for the DWI Consultants Inc. effective January 1, 2012.
No service will be rendered by the firm prior to payment of appropriate fee.

Court appearances can not be guaranteed without prior confirmation and payment received by this office. Certified checks, attorney checks, bank money orders, personal checks, cash and credit cards will be accepted.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS AND/OR THIRD PARTY CHECKS FOR APPEARANCE FEES.
